The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

We can always add custom/personalization to any order, please send us a note before placing your order.

Care instructions

All items in our shop are handmade with love and in small batches, please handle them with care.
Some items are made with vinyl that can peel/crack over time. We use ONLY the highest quality permanent vinyl so we do not expect any peeling as long as they are not scrubbed or soaked for a long period of time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

additional Service $4 per order. We will package your items with tissue paper, paper filler, ribbon that matches your item colors, and in a white box. We can also add the receiver's name upon request.

Wholesale availability

Yesssss! Message us for a quote and any order that has 10 or more of the same items is considered wholesale. Free Shipping! We always include a SURPRISE GIFT!

ITEM BROKEN DURING SHIPPING

Please message us within 3 days of receiving your item, we will do our best to replace your item. For shipping insurance purposes, we require a photo of the item before processing.
In some cases, we may need to charge for shipping new items.
