All of our items in our Etsy shop are handmade with love. We create the design, illustrate, print, press using high grade machines, package, and ships each item in our little shop in CA. We also support other online designers/illustrators here on Etsy that allows small business like us to use their work. We get our blank mugs/tumblers/sublimation materials from a small company in NV, a small business supporting another small businesses.

All items are packaged carefully and will ship in same day or next. Seller not responsible for lost package.
Return Policy:
We do not accept any exchanges/returns. Any damaged items during shipping, message us within 3 days after receiving your item and we can send a new one (Ground shipping).

Most items are HAND WASH ONLY, Coffee mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing for longevity. Do not soak.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We will package your items with tissue paper, paper filler, ribbon that matches your item colors, and in a white box. We can also add the receiver's name upon request.
Wholesale availability
Yesssss! Message us for a quote and any order that has 10 or more of the same item is considered wholesale. We always include a SURPRISE GIFT!
ITEM BROKEN DURING SHIPPING
Please message us within 24 hours of receiving your item, we will do our best to replace your item. For shipping insurance purposes, we require a photo of the item before processing. In some cases, we may need to charge for shipping new items.
