All of our items in our Etsy shop are handmade with love. We create the design, illustrate, print, press using high grade machines, package, and ships each item in our little shop in CA. We also support other online designers/illustrators here on Etsy that allows small business like us to use their work. We get our blank mugs/tumblers/sublimation materials from a small company in NV, a small business supporting another small businesses.
Shipping:
All items are packaged carefully and will ship in same day or next. Seller not responsible for lost package.
Return Policy:
We do not accept any exchanges/returns. Any damaged items during shipping, message us within 3 days after receiving your item and we can send a new one (Ground shipping).

We are located in Walnut Creek, CA (Bay Area). If you live in the area we offer drop-off or meet you at downtown Walnut Creek and we will be happy to waive any shipping cost.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions
All items in our shop are handmade with love and in small batches, please handle them with care.
Some items are made with vinyl that can peel/crack over time. We use ONLY the highest quality permanent vinyl so we do not expect any peeling as long as they are not scrubbed or soaked for a long period of time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
additional Service $4 per order. We will package your items with tissue paper, paper filler, ribbon that matches your item colors, and in a white box. We can also add the receiver's name upon request.
Wholesale availability
Yesssss! Message us for a quote and any order that has 10 or more of the same items is considered wholesale. Free Shipping! We always include a SURPRISE GIFT!
ITEM BROKEN DURING SHIPPING
Please message us within 3 days of receiving your item, we will do our best to replace your item. For shipping insurance purposes, we require a photo of the item before processing.
In some cases, we may need to charge for shipping new items.
