All items are handmade with love, please handle with care. Check included care instructions for your item.
Most items are HAND WASH ONLY, Coffee mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing for longevity. Do not soak.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We will package your items with tissue paper, paper filler, ribbon that matches your item colors, and in a white box. We can also add the receiver's name upon request.

Wholesale availability

Yesssss! Message us for a quote and any order that has 10 or more of the same item is considered wholesale. We always include a SURPRISE GIFT!

ITEM BROKEN DURING SHIPPING

Please message us within 24 hours of receiving your item, we will do our best to replace your item. For shipping insurance purposes, we require a photo of the item before processing. In some cases, we may need to charge for shipping new items.

I posted a photo and was immediately offered a replacement mug which I joyfully accepted. The manufacturer certified the mug dishwasher & micro safe so this was not the artist fault.
